The purpose of this course is to acquire experimental and observational skills in secondary science contents and to acquire fundamental abilities to develop teaching materials concerning experiments and observations.

・With regard to science education in secondary education, to be able to conduct basic observations and experiments, and to handle computer processing.

The objective of this course is for students to acquire the fundamental experiment/observation skills that are needed to be a high school biology teacher, using animals and plants that we are familiar with as teaching materials.

Lesson3: Structure of Flowers
Lesson4: Observations of Bryophytes, Ferns
Lesson5: Optical Microscopy
Lesson6: Microorganisms in the Water
Lesson7: Plant anatomy (leaves, roots and stems)-1
Lesson8: Plant anatomy (leaves, roots and stems)-2
Lesson9: Cell Division-1
Lesson10: Cell Division-2
