Class Objectives /Class Outline |
This course will provide students with an opportunity to look back on the history of special needs education in Japan, specifically the history of education for children with physical disabilities and to look at how the state of disabilities has been transformed due to the development and availability of pediatric care and home care today and what today’s educational and support needs are, and think about how education for children with physical disabilities should be in the future in consideration of the situations of today. |
