・Having knowledge of psychological traits of children with disabilities as well as basic medical knowledge required in practice. 
Class Objectives
/Class Outline
Knowledge and understanding of the psychological characteristics of children with disabilities, etc., which is fundamental for practicing education for the sick and weak, including the basic medical knowledge required in practical situations. Lectures on basic knowledge of the psychology and physiology of the sick and weak so that they can provide educational support that fosters their self-management skills and understanding of their surroundings.

Some lessons will cover slightly detailed medical related items. Review handouts and your notebook after each lesson and ask questions when you have any.
 
Requirements This is a required course that corresponds to the Teachers License Act (Teacher Certification for Special Needs School).
 
Grading Method The evaluation will be based on the overall judgment of participation in the discussion (60%) and the content of the presentation (40%).
