The program’s 4th step. This course introduces comprehends knowledge, behavior, and skills needed to be an elementary school teacher from the viewpoints of school system, school management, and class management.
Students are expected to learn comprehensive capabilities and skills of knowledge, understanding, intellectual capabilities, skills, practical capabilities and skills that are acquired through Specialized Education, Basic Subjects, Specialized Education, and teaching practice.

As a subject that cultivates comprehensive knowledge, attitudes, and skills as a primary teacher, recalling the experience of educational practice, students will gain an understanding of the philosophy and reality of the school education system, learn about the basic knowledge and skills related to learning theory that make up today's school education, and the basic knowledge and attitudes essential to supporting learning, and think about the independent thinking required of teachers. Grading Method Students are evaluated based on contribution in class: 20% and report assignments: 80%( 1) 10%, 2) 30%, 3) 40%).
Students’ ‘ knowledge & understanding’, ‘ Intellectual capabilities & Skills’, ‘ Practical capabilities & Skills’ and ‘ Comprehensive capabilities & Skills’ will be evaluated based on report assignments and a question sheets submitted in every lesson.
