Class Objectives
/Class Outline
Humans live in a variety of environments, lifestyles (including food), and under psychological and social stress. The aim of this course is to understand the epidemiological factors that cause lifestyle diseases and the social and physiological background of dementia, and to be able to express and discuss one's  own opinions regarding prevention methods are remedial measures for these disease.

Requirements Wear clothes and shoes for exercise only in the 5th and 6th lessons.

Message Students interested in health support are welcome to actively participate.
Students with heart disease or other physician-imposed exercise restrictions may be restricted from practicum.
