Suggestions on Preparation and Review |
The first two recommended books from the list are suitable for understanding the theory of cognitive behavior therapy, while the third and fourth books are well-suited for gaining practical insights. Deepening your understanding of both theory and practice by reading at least one book on each aspect will enhance your comprehension of the course.
During the lectures, we will repeatedly cover both theoretical and practical aspects, occasionally incorporating activities such as workshops and discussions. At the end of each day's class, you will be asked to write a reaction paper, summarizing the lecture content and sharing your thoughts or questions. Any questions raised will be addressed and reflected upon in the following day's class. |
Requirements |
Since this is an intensive lecture, please make sure to attend all four days. |
Grading Method |
The comprehensive assessment will be based on the content of the reaction papers during the lectures, accounting for 40%, and the final report, which will contribute to 60% of the total evaluation. |
