How can a group be managed effectively? There are also cases where the general public interact with each other and create group phenomena around certain trends. Is it possible to find any rules and disciplines for such human behavior at group level? Message |
Whether we like it or not, we humans cannot avoid being members of a group. Human behavior in groups or organizations may appear to be very complicated, however, if we analyze those phenomena in detail, we should be able to find some kinds of rules. An awareness of such rules will enrich our experiences in groups and societies. |
