授業の目標・概要等 Learning Outcomes
By taking this course, students will acquire the followings.
1) Gain basic understanding of intercultural theories, such as intercultural communication, culture shock, reverse culture shock, cultural adjustment and readjustment.
2) Students enhance intercultural competence to be associated with Japanese society.
3) Through fieldwork in local community, local company, and local high school, students learn to connect theories and practices so that they could interact in Japanese society and also in culturally diverse environment.

**地域企業・行政機関・地域学校と調整するため，スケジュールは変更となることがある。Schedule can be changed since field trips needs to be arranged with local industry,  local government, and local school, etc.
 重要：受講人数制限あり。There is a limited capacity for the course registration due to field trips [15 students Only]. First come, first served. *Bus will be chartered.
　授業登録にあたり,見学のためのバス代・保険料金を事前に支払うこと。Bus & Insurance fees are required for field trips (approx. 500yen). For details, please contact the lecturer.
　日本語レベルは、問わない（初級・中級・上級すべて受講可能）。

Students have opportunities to visit local industry and local school in Japan and work with them. Through discussions, experiential learning, and project work, students are expected to acquire intercultural competence to work with Japanese people and people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
９月にオンライン・オリエンテーションを行います。世界の留学生をオンラインで結び、説明会を開催します。
