授業の目標・概要等	This course provides students with foundational knowledge and practical skills in conducting academic research, covering essential steps, methodologies, data collection and analysis techniques, ethical considerations, and effective reporting and presentation of research findings.
授業計画	第1回 Introduction to Research Methods: Importance, objectives, and key stages of the research process. 第2回 Types of Research: Exploratory, descriptive, experimental, correlational, qualitative, and quantitative approaches. 第3回 Ethical Considerations in Research: Understanding research ethics and responsible conduct in academic studies. 第4回 Research Topics and Questions: How to select effective research topics and formulate researchable questions. 第5回 Research Design and Sampling: Experimental versus non-experimental research designs; random, stratified, and convenience sampling techniques. 第6回 Quantitative Data Collection: Surveys, experiments, observational methods, and primary versus secondary data sources. 第7回 Qualitative Data Collection: Interviews, focus groups, and developing qualitative data collection instruments. 第8回 Data Analysis and Interpretation: Methods for analyzing quantitative and qualitative data; interpreting and presenting research findings. 第9回 Writing Research Reports and Articles: Report structure, effective academic writing, citation practices, avoiding plagiarism, and the publication process. 第10回 Student Presentations 第11回 Student Presentations 第12回 Student Presentations 第13回 Student Presentations 第14回 Student Presentations 第15回 Student Presentations
