| 授業の目標・概要等 |
This class aims to understand basic international law. International Law has been established with varied sources and covers many issues. This While it is still developing, some find that international law is not effective in some cases. In this class, we will learn legal theories and apply them to the case studies. |

Class 1 What is international law?
Class 2 Recognition of a state: Kosovo, Cremia, Palestine, Taiwan
Class 3 Individuals in international law, jurisdiction and immunities: Human Rights, Humanitarian Law, International Criminal Law
Class 4 International Courts and Tribunals
Class 5 Use of force and the UN system (1)
Class 6 Use of force and the UN system (1) self-defence
Class 7 Nuclear management and disarmament
Class 8 Critical understanding of international law
submission of a term paper is required. |
