(information) 21st International Exchange Winter Gathering Hosted by: Hokkaido International Exchange Center (February 5-10, 2026)／（案内）第21回　国際交流 冬のつどい　主催：北海道国際交流センター（2026/2/5～2/10）について 2025/11/20

The Hokkaido International Exchange Center has provided the following notice regarding the above event.

This program targets international students in Japan, aiming to broaden their circle of exchange by experiencing Hokkaido's winter and interacting with local residents and Japanese families.

Interested individuals are encouraged to apply by referring to the details below and the attached flyer.

・Dates: Thursday, February 5, 2026 - Tuesday, February 10, 2026

・Eligibility: International students residing in Japan

　・Courses: ➀ Group Stay Course (Interact with Hakodate residents: First 40 applicants), ② Homestay Course (Experience Japanese daily life: First 40 applicants)

・Fees: ➀ Round-trip airfare from Haneda included: ¥105,000, ② Local meeting point: ¥58,000

・Application: Register via the QR code on the attached flyer, download the application documents, and submit them

・Deadline: Friday, December 19, 2025
