Requirements ① Check the schedule and other details of the WPI-SKCM2 Seminars in advance on
the WPI-SKCM2 website.
② Download and print out the "Application for Credit Approval Form" attached to the syllabus.
③ Bring the form to the seminar venue you wish to attend. After the seminar, obtain
a confirmation stamp from the administrative staff.
④ After attending 15 WPI-SKCM2 seminars, obtain an approval stamp or signature from your principal supervisor on the form and submit it to the Support Office for
the fields of Science (in charge of WPI-SKCM2).
⑤ Credits will be granted at the end of the semester in which the form is submitted.

   ・ Attendance will only be recognized when you attend in person at seminar room on the 2nd floor of the SCIENCE KNOT.
     ※ Online attendance (via Zoom) is possible, however, it will not be counted as attendance.
     ※ If attending online (via Zoom) , please ensure that your name and affiliation are clearly displayed for confirmation. (Example: John SMITH / HU)
 
Grading Method Upon confirming your attendance at 15 seminars, you will be granted 2 credits "approved".
