Smart development refers to the social and economic development supported by smart technologies such as artificial intelligence, sensors, robots, and blockchains. Smart development emphasizes a highly connected society between people, things and the environment by integrating cyberspace and physical space. This subject will train students who can contribute to smart development through problem-based learning from a transdisciplinary perspective and a global perspective, founded on existing disciplines (informatics, transportation engineering, regional and urban planning, architecture, ocean and coastal engineering, environmental science, biology, public health, agriculture, earth and planetary science, physics, etc.). |
