Class Objectives
/Class Outline |
This course aims to train researchers or highly skilled professionals who are capable of independently conducting advanced and original research in law and disseminating academically significant findings both domestically and internationally. The objectives of this course are for students to acquire the following abilities:
1. The ability to formulate research questions and conduct research independently as an autonomous scholar
2. The ability to systematically review prior research and establish the originality and novelty of one’s own study
3. Advanced theoretical and methodological analytical skills in legal research
4. The ability to produce research outcomes of publishable quality in the form of scholarly articles
5. The ability to conduct research in a planned and sustained manner toward the completion of a doctoral dissertation |
