(1) This course assumes that students already possess basic knowledge of family law.
(2) Students are expected to come to class after reviewing the examples posted on TKC.
(3) In class, basic knowledge will be confirmed through question-and-answer sessions with students. In addition, by examining case studies, students will develop the ability to apply their knowledge to other cases.

We will study “Relatives” and “Succession” in civil law from both practical and theoretical perspectives.

[Aims]
(1) Students will acquire a systematic understanding of family law.
(2) To develop legal reasoning skills and analytical abilities, particularly in relation to fact-finding.
(3) To develop verbal and writing skills to express one's ideas accurately.

Requirements This lecture corresponds to "1 (3) Connecting and Conversion Subjects" and "2 (2) Focusing on Two-Way Dialogue" in the implementation methods of each subject. Grading will be based on the confirmation of legal reasoning and the ability to construct syllogisms.
