【Outline of the course】 Following “Constitutional Law 1”, we will deliver lectures on economic freedom, freedom of person, equality before the Law, social rights, right to access the court and redress, right to political participation, scope and subjects of fundamental rights, finance, pacifism etc. discussing the basic problems of each theme. 【Aims】 1) Acquire foundational knowledge of fundamental rights and governmental structures. 2) Understand the theoretical structure of key judicial precedents and relevant critiques. 3) Analyze concrete cases using case law and academic theory, and identify appropriate legal frameworks. 4) Analyze concrete cases using case law and academic theory, and present persuasive conclusions. |
