Class Objectives /Class Outline |
In this course, participants will experience the process of elaborating a project proposal of international cooperation in education for a particular developing country through discussion with other participants of different backgrounds, based on their knowledge of the Project Cycle Management method. Upon completing this course, participants will acquire the following knowledge and skills: 1) Formulating an education project proposal of international cooperation based on the PCM method, 2) Understanding the significance of participatory development through hands-on experiences, and 3) Improving logical thinking and communication skills. |

The lecturer has over thirty years of experience working at Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). The lecturer will provide classes based on practical experience in international cooperation, including project planning, monitoring and evaluation based on the PCM method. |
