Better understanding of the Civil Code. 
Class Schedule This course aims to deepen students’understanding of legal issues related to real estate by taking it in conjunction with the course on Real Property Law.

*All lectures will be conducted in Japanese only. The syllabus content below is also a provisional translation into English, so please refer to the Japanese syllabus for the most accurate information.

For each class session, specific themes such as those mentioned above will be determined and announced in advance. Through individual presentations by students and subsequent Q&A sessions, all participants will engage in discussions on the specific issues addressed in the course.

In this course, students are, in principle, required to distribute materials related to their upcoming presentation one week in advance of their report. Therefore, it is desirable that each student prepares in advance, based on those materials, to the extent they consider necessary.

As for review, it is recommended that each student organize and reflect on the content of the presentations and the Q&A sessions conducted during the seminar.
