1) Students can explain the current status and unsolved issues of prehistoric archaeology in Northern Japan, the Kuril Islands, and Kamchatka.
2) Students can have clear perspectives of research if they conduct multi-faceted examinations in their own study areas and periods.

Students are expected to summarize results of preliminary research on themes of each class in this crash course based on references and other sources using a sheet of A5 paper as prep, and they should summarize the contents of each class and questions using a sheet of A5 paper as review.
