(Applicable only to targeted subjects for undergraduate students) Students will gain an understanding of real companies and work that they would not be able to experience in a regular university class, by hearing real stories from their seniors who are active in major companies, etc., about how organizations and operations are unique to major companies, operations in various fields, and the front lines of cross-border business that are difficult to see from the outside. To develop the ability to read and decipher information and think for oneself amidst the whirlpool of information that floods the market. To imagine oneself as a working adult, in what kind of industry, and what kind of professional one aspires to become. The on-demand format allows for repeated viewing, so the program will be offered to international students who are seeking employment in Japan.
*This course will be offered on demand so that international students who have difficulty understanding Japanese can watch it repeatedly.

/Class Outline This lecture is one of career educational programs to study for entering job field.   Through this lecture, students can consider their life plans, learn the tools of an occupation, and acquire global society human power and basic social skills.

Requirements ・These courses are offered by the Global Career Design Center. All instructors are practicing professionals, including Hiroshima University alumni. They are giving these lectures for the benefit of their juniors despite their busy schedules. Since all instructors are currently active in the business world, posting or forwarding lecture content or slide materials on social media or other platforms is strictly prohibited.
・Doctoral students should complete their course registration procedures at the Education Promotion Group (Liberal Arts Education) counter (1st floor, Faculty of Integrated Arts & Sciences Administration Building).

Grading Method ・There will be no final exam. For each class session, you will be required to submit a short report (via Forms). Please submit your reports in Japanese.
・Each report should be approximately 400 characters in length. They will be evaluated based on whether you have understood the instructor’s explanations and whether you have applied the content to reflect on your own career. Grades will be calculated on a 100-point scale.
