Class Objectives
/Class Outline
In this course, students will understand and practice typical training methods to improve physical fitness. They will also be able to determine safe and effective exercise intensities and volumes for their level of fitness and be able to perform exercise in an appropriate manner. 
Class Schedule 1) First instruction Gathering in the training room of the West Gymnasium. Explanation of the practical training and precautions.
2) Use of the training room, methods and significance of measuring body weight and body fat, practice of light exercises.
3) Static stretching practices

High-intensity exercise will be performed during class, so please engage in regular exercise before class and perform the stretching exercises taught during the first session after class to prevent physical fatigue from accumulating.

Grading Method Comprehensive evaluation will be made based on the performance of tasks in class (approx. 70%) and class attitude (approx. 30%). 
Practical Experience Experienced  
Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it The instructor for this course is actively involved in sports settings as a sports trainer. Therefore, I aim to convey content that can be practically applied in sports settings. Additionally, I hope students who take this course will gain the ability to independently develop exercise plans and consciously focus on their training form. 
Message Please eat and sleep well on the day before class and be sure to be in good physical condition.
