The aims of this class are, based on the concept and theories of pediatric nursing, to deepen our understanding about children in the process of growth/development and their mothers through communicating with them, and to learn about the process of providing individual nursing care. In addition, we develop ethical values, understand problems that modern-day children and their families have, and study the roles of pediatric nursing care as well as its current state and future. |

Completion of Fundamentals of Nursing Practicum, Introduction to Pediatric Nursing, and Pediatric Nursing Methods Practicum is required.
Students from other faculties are not eligible to enroll.
A minimum attendance of four-fifths (4/5) of the practicum days is required to pass. |
