Class Status within Liberal Arts Education | This is a two-credit required course common to all students at the university. The Introductory seminar provides freshmen with an opportunity to develop their intellectual interests by actively participating in learning activities, while also promoting communication between students and faculty, and among students themselves, and helping to form study groups. |

The goal is to equip students with the ability to think logically and critically based on evidence regarding the historical and contemporary challenges facing humanity and society, as well as the ability to express themselves appropriately.
