Class Objectives /Class Outline |
As is well known, administrative law lacks a general code of law, and therefore, compared to other legal disciplines, it strongly demands a theory for systematically understanding the countless administrative regulations. For this reason, many theories have been developed, such as the theory of administrative acts, the dualism of public and private law, the distinction between invalidity and rescission, the theory of presumed validity, and the theory of zero discretionary power contraction. Furthermore, administrative relief systems have been established in cases where the rights and interests of citizens are infringed upon by the administrative activities of the national or local government. Therefore, this lecture aims to deepen your understanding of administrative law by explaining the Administrative Appeals Act, the Administrative Litigation Act, and the National Compensation Act, which are the general laws governing administrative relief systems. |
