Class Objectives
/Class Outline
This seminar course is designed for students aiming to enter a law school and ultimately pass the Bar Examination. The course is conducted in an omnibus format by practicing attorneys.
The primary objective is to help students systematically acquire the foundational skills required and emphasized in law school. Using practical case scenarios from the viewpoint of legal practitioners, students will learn how to:

- Identify legal issues
- Locate and analyze relevant statutory provisions
- Organize case law and scholarly opinions
- Construct well-structured legal arguments

During the final session of each instructor’s part, students will engage in an answer-writing exercise modeled on the bar examination format, synthesizing the knowledge and skills gained in the seminar.

For each session (1–15), students must follow the instructions provided by the instructor.
Particularly, confirming relevant statutory provisions and leading cases is essential prior to class. 
Requirements Intended primarily for second-year students in the Legal Professional Training Program.
Preparation is mandatory.
Case problems may involve complex, practice-oriented fact patterns.
Students must approach answer drafting rigorously, anticipating future law school entrance exams and the national bar examination. 
Grading Method Participation and in-class contributions: 60%
Written assignments (answer papers): 40%

Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it All instructors are practicing attorneys engaged in both civil and criminal litigation. They provide practical insights based on their professional experiences.
