Class Objectives
/Class Outline
This seminar focuses on the fundamental issues of criminal policy.
It examines contemporary challenges such as crime prevention, the structure of penal systems, recidivism prevention, and victim support from multiple perspectives.
By bridging theory, institutions, and practice, the course aims to deepen students’ critical and comprehensive understanding of the interplay between the normative foundations and practical implementation of criminal policy.
