Better understanding of the Civil Code. 
Class Schedule This course focuses on discussing and examining key issues in Civil Law (primarily Property Law), with an emphasis on student presentations.

Using recent Supreme Court judgments as materials, students will learn how to conduct seminars in a specialized course.

Preparation and
Review
In this course, students are, in principle, required to distribute materials related to their upcoming presentation one week in advance of their report. Therefore, it is desirable that each student prepares in advance, based on those materials, to the extent they consider necessary.

As for review, it is recommended that each student organize and reflect on the content of the presentations and the Q&A sessions conducted during the seminar.
