"・Presenters collect literture and present them in class, then deepen their understandings of their own research. ・Presenters are decided in accordance with the students' situation.
In this course students clarify the theme of their graduation thesis through the presentation and discussion of their study on the clinical psychology and acquire the way of setting investigating of issues, analysis, completion of thesis, and presentation. In the class students make reports and consideration of several research reports in the area of clinical psychology. The examination targets are theses published in journals, researches conducted by teachers or graduate students, researches on themes students themselves have interests in. Through the details investigation and reporting research subjects, students learn the practical way of procedure, completion and presentation of studies. The most emphasized points are collecting appropriate materials from experiments, investigation and interview, appropriately analyzing and summarizing materials collected from statistical analyses, and making intelligible presentation of the process of problem-solving and the results in a verbal or paper report. In some cases not only teachers in charge but graduate students participate in the discussion." |

Therefore, I recommend you reflect on the theories and research methods covered in past classes, as well as your own experiences, and proactively investigate relevant literature and other resources related to your chosen theme. Furthermore, discussions with other students are an important experience for refining your research interests and knowledge, so please participate actively in these discussions. |
