"This course will provide students with explanations of autonomous activities for visually impaired children, particularly, waking training which is a pillar of the autonomous activities. Students will learn the mechanism of white cane and the basics of how to use the cane. The course include simulated expiring with an eyemask. Furthermore, the students will make a walking map using a 3D copy machine and a vacuum forming machine to deepen understanding of effective tactile teaching materials. |
