Focusing on issues in the field of Chinese intellectual and cultural studies, this course provides individualized guidance for the preparation of the undergraduate thesis. Instruction covers the formulation of research topics, organization of research questions, methods of collecting materials, techniques for reading and analyzing sources, understanding current scholarly trends, reporting on research progress, and developing effective presentation skills. Education in research ethics is also included. |
