The aspects of Sustainable Society are depicted. Based on them specific procedures and methods to reach a sustainable society are considered using the back-casting method. The discrepancy between the current situation and the situation in the procedure is considered as issues and the methodology to reach Sustainable Society is explained  including a global decision-making system.

Since a wide range of knowledge and plenty of knowledge are required to establish sustainable society, preparation and review are required. 
Requirements The credit of Principles of Environment A is expected to be obtained. Active discussion in class is expected.  
Grading Method Final examination 60% and Reports 40%.

Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it On the basis of a variety of experience in Japanese government as well as foreign countries, the principles of environment is explained in class.
