Class Objectives /Class Outline |
In addition to learning the basics of industrial thermodynamics, students will learn the mechanisms and efficiency of major cycles such as gas cycles and steam cycles, and acquire methods for converting thermal energy into power and how to evaluate them. In addition, students will learn advanced research on heat transport in materials, which has been emphasized in recent years. |
Class Schedule |
Part 1: Conservation law of heat and work Part 2: Changes in the state of ideal gas Part 3: Exergy Part 4: Gas Cycle 1 Part 5: Gas Cycle 2 Part 6: Steam Cycle Part 7: Heat transfer in functional materials |
