Classes are seminar-centered, in which students will discuss issues after considering them ahead of classes.
With assumption that students already have basic knowledge of the Constitution, we will deal with topics required applied knowledge. (We will consider basic knowledge as needed)

【Outline of the course】
We will conduct seminar-centered classes based on example cases concerning the Constitution.
【Aims】
1) To be able to solve issues concerning the Constitution by extracting facts required to solve problems.
2) To learn how to deal with issues concerning the Constitution and to apply what students learn to settle problems.
