1) It is assumed that you already have a basic knowledge of family law.
2) Students are expected to attend classes after reviewing the examples posted on the TKC.
3) In class, basic knowledge is confirmed through question-and-answer sessions with students. In addition, by examining case studies, students develop the ability to apply them to other cases.

【Outline of the course】
We will learn about "Relatives" and " Succession" in civil law from both practical and theoretical perspectives.
【Aims】
1) Concerning family law, students will understand laws systematically.
2) To develop legal thinking abilities and analytical abilities, concerning facts theory.
3) To develop verbal and writing skills to express one's ideas accurately.

Requirements This lecture corresponds to "1 (3) Connecting and Conversion Subjects" and "2 (2) Focusing on Two-Way Dialogue" in the implementation methods of each subject. Grading is based on "confirmation of legal thinking, confirmation of syllogisms".
