Targets of the course: 1. Students gain the basic understandings of two types of bankruptcy objectives: liquidation of debtor’s assets and rehabilitation of debtor’s business. 2. Students learn legal options for insolvent debtors, including the difference between personal bankruptcy and corporate bankruptcy. |
