Class Objectives /Class Outline |
Remote sensing is a measurement method that utilizes the properties of materials that reflect and absorb light. In this class, I will give lectures on the basics of remote sensing related to earth monitoring and its application to social sciences. The second half of each class is devoted to exercises, in which remote sensing data are used practically to deepen understanding. |
