This course provides the conceptual and theoretical foundations of corporate strategies in the globalized context. The course is organized to critically answer the determinants of success and failure of firms around the world. This course combines the latest scholarly research and real-world business cases that reflect recent global developments. Case studies will help students learn how companies throughout the world have strategically expanded globally and their performance consequences. After completing this course, students should be able to think logically and provide effective solutions or recommendations for business problems and challenges from a truly global strategic perspective, considering business ethics. |
