This course is the second of two in a basic introduction to applied econometrics using causal inference methods. Students will become familiar with how to apply quantitative analyses to obtain treatment effects for different types of data. Each class consists of lectures, discussions of relevant literature, and in-class labs. Assignments include group-based homework and a final examination. We will learn how to use both Stata and R to conduct the analyses.
