Class Objectives
/Class Outline
Students will acquire foundational knowledge of Relatives Law while examining specific legal issues. They will analyze the legislative intent, case law developments, and academic discourse, cultivating the ability to discuss and evaluate challenges within the current legal system. 
Class Schedule Students will select a fundamental topic from the field of Family Law, present their findings, and engage in discussions to reinforce their knowledge and deepen their understanding.

The course will cover basic topics in Relatives Law and Inheritance Law, but students are also encouraged to reflect on the social issues behind these laws and their own values, fostering deeper critical thinking. 
Requirements Each student must present at least once during the course. Presenters must prepare a report and a presentation summary for the lesson.
