Class Objectives
/Class Outline
Course objective is to learn experimental techniques, data analysis, and scientific writing skills through molecular pathology research. 
Class Schedule Students conduct molecular or stromal pathology research on human diseases, particularly focusing on the initiation and progression of gastrointestinal tumors, in accordance with the research plan. In the laboratory seminars, students are required to present their research progress and engage in discussions.  

Main technical keywords: Histopathological analysis techniques (tissue staining, immunohistochemistry, fluorescence immunostaining), in situ hybridization, gene transduction, cell culture, Western blotting, cell bioactivity assays, and comprehensive gene and RNA expression analysis.

Before the research meeting, students must prepare a brief presentation either on paper or in PowerPoint. 
Requirements Students are required to participate in the weekly or biweekly laboratory meetings.
