Learn about comprehensive assessment in palliative care, practice alleviating holistic distress, acquire communication skills with patients, and address ethical issues. Present case reports and aim to obtain certification as a palliative care physician or specialist from the Japanese Society for Palliative Medicine, or certification as a registered psycho-oncologist from the Japanese Psycho-Oncology Society. |

As a member of palliative care team, students do clinical intervention with trainers. The training includes assessment of patient’s symptoms, planning to relief them, and writing case reports. |
