Class Objectives
/Class Outline This course aims at providing students with basic knowledge on how to conduct research and write an academic paper.

Class Schedule ・In small groups, third-year students in the 3+1 Program receive guidance and advice from their supervisors to enhance their research skills. Topics covered include attitudes toward academic work, research ethics and integrity, research methods (including data collection and analysis), strategies for formulating research questions, research designs, and academic writing skills.
・Under their supervisors’ guidance, students will write reports/essays and deliver presentations.
・Students meet with their supervisor once a week.

Books,etc. Literature related to research methods and academic skills.
*Each supervisor provides more detailed instructions on literature as needed.
