To introduce students to scientific theories for promoting health and physical strength, and develop an attitude of enjoying sports throughout their lifetime as well as social skills, such as manners and cooperation, through the practice of sports suited

The students will learn the relationships between health, sports and nutrition.
This lecture will focus on topics related to exercise, health, and sports, learning about the physical benefits of exercise and nutritional strategies for health promotion, as well as how people interact with exercise and sports.
