In this course, students will understand and practice typical training methods to improve physical fitness. They will also be able to determine safe and effective exercise intensities and volumes for their level of fitness and be able to perform exercise in an appropriate manner. 
Class Schedule 1) First instruction Gathering in the training room of the West Gymnasium. Explanation of the practical training and precautions.
2) Use of the training room, methods and significance of measuring body weight and body fat, practice of light exercises.
3) Static stretching practices
