Preparation and
Review
Reflect on each class session and use it as a reference for building your career design and life plan. Please take the time to think deeply about your own Life Plan! This will help you develop the resilience needed to navigate through life.
Requirements This is a course offered by the Global Career Design Center. All instructors are practitioners, mainly graduates of Hiroshima University (primarily members of the Sendajuku Alumni Association). Despite their busy schedules, they take time to lecture for the sake of their juniors. As they are all active business professionals, it is strictly prohibited to post specific comments about the content of the lectures on social media or elsewhere after attending. While there may be tough discussions, please listen attentively and feel free to ask questions actively.
Grading Method ・There is no final exam. For each class session, students will submit a mini-report (via Forms) covering “key points or lessons learned from the instructor's lecture” and “thoughts about your own career based on the lecture.” Each mini-report will be graded out of 10 points. The total score (10 points × 15 sessions = 150 points) will be converted to a 100-point scale for the final grade.
・Mini-reports should be approximately 400 characters. They will be evaluated based on whether you demonstrate an understanding of the instructor's points and reflect on your own career or university experience, as well as whether the writing is clear and understandable for the reader.
