This course aims to help students understand the connection between university education and career development, fostering the ability to design their own career paths.
Particularly in this academic year, professionals from Recruit Company will directly participate, providing real-world corporate insights and feedback to enhance the practical learning experience. Additionally, the course introduces problem identification in startup companies and adaptation to the digital era, with experienced business professionals delivering interactive lectures.
Each session focuses on strengthening critical thinking and communication skills, equipping students with the ability to identify problems, document and visualize them, logically organize their thoughts, and effectively communicate solutions through presentations.

Overall Approach:
This course will strengthen students' skills in identifying problems, documenting and visualizing them, and presenting solutions effectively.
Students should research relevant themes before class and summarize key insights afterward in their own words.

Corporate & Digital Themes:
With Recruit Company professionals and startup leaders participating, students will gain direct exposure to real-world corporate perspectives and receive industry-level feedback.
Emphasis is placed on preparing discussions and presentations with corporate hiring expectations in mind. 
Requirements  
Grading Method Grading is determined by;
1. class participation (30%),   2. presentations (40%), 3. assignments  (30%)
