This course aims to help students understand the connection between university learning and career development in society, fostering the ability to design their own life paths. Starting this year, recruiters from companies will directly participate in the class, providing feedback from a corporate perspective to create a more practical learning experience. Additionally, the course will introduce hands-on lectures focusing on identifying challenges in startup companies and adapting to the digital era, inviting professionals with real-world experience. Each theme is designed to enhance critical thinking and communication skills.

Preparation and
Review
In this course, students will strengthen their skills in identifying problems, documenting and visualizing them, and delivering effective presentations. Before each class, students are expected to research relevant topics, and after the class, they should organize what they have learned and reconstruct it in their own words. Additionally, starting this year, recruiters from companies and representatives from startup firms will participate in the
course. This will provide students with more opportunities to learn from real corporate perspectives and receive direct feedback. Students should prepare discussions and presentations with an awareness of recruitment perspectives. 
Requirements  
Grading Method Grading is determined by;
1. class participation (30%),   2. presentations (40%), 3. assignments  (30%)

Message This course aims to provide students with hands-on experience in real corporate challenges and teach them the process of
identifying problems and developing solutions. The most important aspect is to cultivate the ability to discover issues,
organize them, and communicate them effectively.
