1.To understand the importance of administration in rehabilitation.
2.To understand related laws and regulations.
3.To understand organizational management in medical, nursing care, welfare and other facilities.
4. To understand professional ethics and research ethics of medical professionals and occupational therapists.
5. To understand work management in rehabilitation and work management in hospitals and long-term care insurance facilities.
6. To understand quality assurance and safety management in rehabilitation.
7. To understand human resource development and career development.
