Clinical Practice.
Students will be assigned to three clinical sited of rehabilitation.
Students will visit the hospitals by walk and/or public
transportation and practice there.

<Course description>
This course is placed as critical, recovery/rehabilitation stage nursing. Apply all
theories, concept, pathophysiologies, nursing care skills studied at classes to clinical practicum. Also students will learn
nursing care skills required in the sites
A purpose of these clinical practicum is to understand the
characteristics and experience the clinical sites, which will provide a holistic perspective of the hospital care system in
Japan. Through this process, students will relate disease/care processes to every health stages, and be able to think
continuity of patient-care recovery/rehabilitation stages.
Through this clinical practice, students achieve all objectives listed below, and acquire professional nursing attitude and
ethics necessary for practicing at clinic 
Class Schedule Rehabilitation nursing (two week):
Clinical site: Hiroshima Univeristy Hospital, etc.
Ways of practice: At critical care: Students will practice with a preseptor nurse, observe and provide care with them.
At rehabilitation site: Students will take one case(patient) and provide care/rehabilitation with a
preseptor nurse.
Case discussion and conference:
Teachers and clinical preceptors daily check your dialy, and advise you.
The conference will be held on the last day of the site practice.
Daily journals and report based on learning objectives listed in the student course guidebook.

Requirements Students must completed and passed Clinical Practice in Fundamental Nursing, Lecture & Seminar in Fundamental Nursing. 
Grading Method Evaluation will be based on performance of daily activities, daily journals, final report, and attitude. Evaluation criteria is listed in the student course guidebook.

Summary of Practical Experience and Class Contents based on it Teachers with clinical experiences and clinical training instructors cooperate to provide nursing care training in the intensive care, emergency care, rehabilitation nursing, and terminal stages.
