Program
(Applicable only to targeted subjects for undergraduate students)
This is a required two-credit course common to the entire university.
As students' studies up to high school have become more diversified, the character of students entering the university has also become more diverse. Some students are accustomed to passive learning and have difficulty in adjusting to university study, which places a high value on independence. It is also considered that there are relatively few opportunities for students to experience and understand the fun and excitement of learning when they first enter a university.
In view of these students' circumstances, the seminar provides opportunities to develop intellectual interest by actively involving first-year students in learning activities, and also promotes communication between students, faculty members, and each other to help form a learning group.
